MSC printed this 12′ x 60′ large format digital printed vinyl banner

Lumina needed a billboard put up over a busy downtown parking lot. They called Martin Sign Company not only to print the large format digital printed banner but to construct the frame structure for the banner that was going to be mounted to the wall.

This project had a couple challenges to start. The existing wall had some existing hardware from an old garage door that is not longer being used. This hardware had to be removed in order for our wood frame design to mount flush against the wall. Once we had the hardware removed we then could mount our wood frame to the concrete wall. The frame had span 12′ high x 60′ wide to hold the 13oz large format digital printed banner.

MSC printed the large format digital printed banner with standard hems all the way around. Then using a lift we stretched the banner across the frame using screws. Once the banner was fully stretch the best we could we then put aluminum angle all the way around to give the banner a finished look.
